@vfixbot is a Telegram bot that downloads social media videos right into the chat: send a link — get the file. No websites, tabs or "save as": the video arrives as a message, from where you can save it to the gallery, forward it to friends or watch offline.

Supported platforms: Instagram (Reels, posts, Stories, carousels), TikTok (watermark-free, slideshows), YouTube and Shorts, VK and Clips, Twitter/X, Reddit (with sound) and Pinterest.

How to use the bot

  1. Open @vfixbot in Telegram and press "Start".
  2. Send the bot a video link — from any supported platform. The fastest way is "Share" → Telegram → @vfixbot right from the social app.
  3. Within seconds the bot replies with a ready video file.

Inline mode: video in any chat

The bot's killer feature is inline mode. In any conversation or group, type @vfixbot link — and the video is sent right into that chat, with no downloading or forwarding. It's the comfortable way to share Reels and TikToks with friends: they get the video itself, not a link they have to follow somewhere.

Built-in video editor

After downloading, you can process the video without leaving Telegram:

  • Trim — pick a fragment on the timeline and the bot sends just that part;
  • GIF — convert the video into a GIF;
  • Speed — speed up or slow down;
  • Sound — mute the audio or extract audio only;
  • Rotate — for sideways videos;
  • Caption — the bot fetches the post text on demand.

Limits and Premium

The bot is free: it downloads files up to 20 MB — enough for the vast majority of Reels, TikToks and short videos. Premium raises the limit to 50 MB and up to 5 minutes of duration — for longer YouTube and VK videos.

Why the bot beats the website

  • No browser and no copy-pasting links back and forth — "Share" from the social app straight to the bot;
  • Videos stay in your chat with the bot — a personal download history you can come back to;
  • Inline mode sends the video to a friend without saving it to your phone;
  • The editor — trimming and GIFs without third-party apps.

The website, in turn, doesn't require Telegram — pick whichever suits you. We compared the bot with downloader websites in a separate article.

Safety

The bot doesn't request access to any accounts and can't see your conversations — you simply send it links in a private chat. Files are prepared on request and not stored on the servers.

Even easier in Telegram

@vfixbot downloads videos right in the chat: send a link, get the file. Inline mode for any chat, trimming, GIF, speed control, caption extraction.
