In short: we don't store your videos, don't require accounts, run no ad trackers and never sell data. Below is exactly what gets processed when you use the clipsave.pro website and the @vfixbot Telegram bot.
The clipsave.pro website
- No registration — the site works without accounts, emails or phone numbers.
- The links you paste are processed to download the video and appear in the service's technical logs.
- Your IP address is used for rate limiting (abuse protection) and is recorded in technical logs.
- No cookies. The only thing the site stores in your browser is the chosen language (localStorage, never transmitted anywhere).
- No third-party analytics or ad scripts — no Google Analytics, no social pixels.
The @vfixbot Telegram bot
- The bot sees only what you send it: links and commands. It has no access to your other chats.
- Data required for operation is stored: Telegram ID, name and username, premium status, request statistics (which platform, whether it succeeded).
- The bot never asks for social media logins or passwords.
Downloaded files
Videos are prepared on request and removed from the server right after delivery. To speed up repeat downloads, videos already delivered by the bot may be cached in Telegram's infrastructure (the standard file_id mechanism) and in an internal link cache with a limited lifetime. The service keeps no catalog or archive of downloaded videos.
Sharing with third parties
We don't sell or share data with third parties. Exceptions: requests to the source platforms (the video can't be downloaded without them) and cases directly required by law.
Data deletion
To delete the data associated with your Telegram account (bot profile, statistics), message the @vfixbot bot.
